Yard Damage from Running New Cable Lines

In January 2024 Duda Construction, a contractor for Comcast, was digging in my yard and my neighbors yards to replace cable lines that failed.

Three holes were dug across 3 properties. They were never properly filled in. There are chunks of road mixed in with the dirt.

I was assured a landscaping contractor would take care of this on behalf of Comcast.

It's been almost 4 months and no one has returned to address the dangers and eye sores that were caused during the repair work.

I haven't been able to get through to an actual person who understands the situation.

I've been a customer for 30 years. How do we get this addressed?

Thank you for your support

I am not a current Comcast/Xfinity customer. The yard in front of my house was dug up. In the process my sprinkler system was damaged and a large pipe was broken. How do I get this fixed by Xfinity?

I’ve tried to post my own issue to a separate form but keep getting an error. Comcast dug up our yard and park strip, and we have turned our sprinklers on and the drip system is damaged. There is now a cesspool of mud, algae and stagnant water in the park strip area.

I still have not been able to figure out how to send a message..    I am not a comcast/xfinity customer, but they tore up my yard, spray painted my new driveway and left holes in the sidewalk which I am liable if someone gets hurts.   How do I send a message without signing in?    Who can I call ?
