Yard Damage from Running New Cable Lines

Hello,

About a month ago, a contractor for Comcast was digging in my yard to replace new cable lines.  I confirmed this by walking outside and asking what the men were doing in my yard.  They dug three giant holes, did a horrible job refilling them (this was during a Michigan winter), and now I have three large sinkholes where the men were digging/working in my yard.  Furthermore, one of the utility boxes the men were working near/on is bent over and a big eye sore for the community.  Does Comcast plan on returning to fill these holes and replant grass seed?  I have two young children and they are attracted to these holes in my yard, naturally, and I do not want them to get hurt because of the terrible job the contractors left our yard.  There is easily hundreds of dollars in damage left by these contractors.  It is impossible to talk to an actual person calling the main phone number.  Thanks.

I also have the same problem, about 3 weeks ago. I asked the workers that were working on my front yard, and they said they work for Comcast. Now I have 3 large spots, that my grass completely died. I want Comcast to fix this problem.
