Yard and lawn mower damaged

I had a line replaced last fall. Now that's it's spring I can see how badly my front yard was torn up and how much of my grass was destroyed. Needless to say I can see very easily exactly where the new line is. Also the old line was cut near the box in my yard. It was left about 6-8 inches long sticking out of the yard. I hit this with my lawn mower and now I need a new blade

user_l3t8ms Thanks for reaching out about an old line still present, but sticking out of the yard. That certainly isn't how we want to leave it, and I'll be happy to put in a work order to get it removed for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
