Yahoo Migration without "Collected Addresses" contacts
You harassed me about an "upgrade" to Yahoo till I mistakenly did it. You assured me that everything would be the same, even my login credentials and email address. Then you only transferred a small amount of my contacts to the new Yahoo account! Most of my contacts were in what you called my "Collected Addresses" file and AI says that was a hidden file that you did not transfer as you promised! Even if AI is wrong and you did transfer that data, Yahoo says I should contact you and you tell me to contact Yahoo!
1.) I called your help desk who said I was no longer with you so they couldn't help
2.) I was told you and Yahoo had set up a specific Yahoo and Xfinity help desk to deal with data that failed to transfer during the migration. A Dedicated Migration Support Line, so I called them @ 866-764-7650. They were Yahoo agents who told me they could do nothing I needed to call Comcast/Xfinity CSA line
3.) I called Comcast Customer Security Assurance line at 888-565-4329 and the Comcast/Xfinity CSA agent said I had to call Yahoo at the Migration number who had sent me to them. Just like the Yahoo agent who assured me it was a Xfinity issue the Xfinity CSA agent assured me it was a Yahoo issue!!
Your solution to your significant error by loosing most of my address book just leads me in a circle!

@user_3kcepv Thanks for adding a post to the community. We know keeping all the contacts is important. The transfer does allow for up to 10,000 contacts. Once the account has been upgraded to Yahoo Mail, you will find help and support at welcome.yahoo.com. See all the questions and answers in the FAQ here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/yahoo-email-migration-overview.
