Yahoo eMail Migration -- I answered No, but now ...

I was not aware of the transition to Yahoo mail when I received the first "A better email experience is now available for you -- Get Started" announcement via web access to my email. I said no.

After doing some research and verifying this was a legitimate action taking place, I got the Get Started screen once more. I said no. I wasn't ready.

About a month later I received a reminder message via my recovery email address. I logged into web email and intended to say yes. However, I did not get the Yahoo Get Started splash screen. So I can't say yes. Every attempt I have made in the past few weeks no longer gives me the Get Started option.

Other than letting time pass hoping that the Get Started screen appears again, which does not sound like a good idea as a count-down timer may be working behind to scenes leading to me losing access to my email account, what am I to do?

I did find a Forum message pointing to a possible useful answer, but it did not work as hoped. Going here -- https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/emailMigration -- had no positive result.

Does anyone have a solution for someone in my position; you are presented with the Get Started option, decline a few times, and are no longer presented with the option to migrate?

JBSC There are a total of 4 emails sent during your migration period, but one of them has to be accepted before time runs out. You get one 30 days before, 21 days before, 15 days after, and finally 27 days after. You need to accept the Yahoo terms and conditions through one of these emails before time expires. Do you still have any of these emails in your trash folder or listed as read in your inbox you can access?

I have an email message, received on January 3 that was sent to the recovery email address of the account I am attempting to migrate. Its opening lines are "Enjoy a better email experience with Yahoo Mail -- Last month, we invited you to upgrade...".

Contained within that message is a URL that, on the face of it, points towards connect.xfinity.com but expands into an adobe.campaign.com address when hovering over the link.

Following that email URL (which I just did) takes me to web email, but does not provide me with the Get Started screen I had hoped for.

Regarding the timing of messages, I do not recall receiving anything according to the schedule you outlined. My first knowledge of the migration was when I logged into the web email sometime late last year, which I only do when reporting spam messages.

JBSC Try going here login.yahoo.com, and sign in with your comcast login. That should direct you to the acceptance page for yahoo that is needed for the migration. This link also has a bunch of useful information about the migration you may want to review to help with any questions you may have as well.
