Xumo
My xumo box not only does not turn on (why is there no manual button???) but the remote also refuses to turn on even with new batteries. I tried repeatedly to use the ai assistant and it was practically useless as it never would even send a response to anything.

Since both your Xumo box and your remote are completely unresponsive, even with fresh batteries, it is likely that there is a hardware issue.
