Xfinity has double charged me for internet June-Sept 2024, while I kept on telling them that I was paying my building for the same internet. I let it go. Then a charge mysteriously appeared on my credit card from comcast and nowhere in the billing. I called to dispute and they said they would remove it. They didn’t so I disputed it with my bank. 
Then comcast said it was for the streaming device. I went to xfintiy store to return the device because they were harassing me. The people at store said its not a rental, it is a one-time purchase and if its working, i should continue to use. 
Today comcast sent those charges to collections. 
Such a waste of time and the service is not good anyway. Such a headache.
