Xumo PIN Issues

I am trying to set up our new Xumo stream box and similar to many other threads, I am unable to successfully get past the pin stage of set up. I have used the last four digits of the phone on file, which did not work, and every other possible 4-digit pin we would have used to no avail. Could not get past the automated call system and AI chat was not helpful. Please advise.

I can definitely understand how frustrating it must be to get stuck during the setup process, especially after trying the phone number PIN and being unable to get assistance through the automated support options. We'd be happy to take a closer look into this with you. Would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the 'To:" line, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message so we can review the account details securely and determine why the PIN is not being accepted during the Xumo box activation process.
