XTremely Poor Customer Service
Customer Service. I had an issue with billing and the website says error call customer service phone number. Logged in to the chat and after 30 mins the agent says call 800 number. Then call the 800 number and after 10 mins, it sends a web link in the SMS that connects to AI or chat agent again. You scream and then you get a call back from an agent who again takes another 30 mins to look at your account. You are not Xfinity ... 30minute finity.
Disgusting website. Just to login and see the billing, the webpage redirects, then redirects and then and then and then takes forever. After that disgusting levels of up-selling.
This nonsense with Xfinity started around 3 years ago, and without a second thought I can say your IT department architects need to go back to the college.
These issues are disgusting to a point that many of us in our housing community want to switch.
