XRE-03059 persistent error

XRE-03059 error message on all 3 boxes for several days.  Was on the phone with Customer Service for hours yesterday.  Was promised Advanced Tech Support and a resolution by this morning 10/1.  The error message is still there.  They said there is a widespread issue in NH.  I know they have been doing “upgrades” in the area all summer.  Help!
