Xifinity is so [Edited] poor

They don’t do nothing correct I have spoken to sever different agents that tell me there is no superviser, they can speak to me. Their names was Ralph and Bliss. The problem that I have has been going on since November for a overcharged bill then they didn’t even put in the system that I returned their property and I’ve been did a book Location then they want to overcharge me for everything and audacity to ask me to give them $400 to turn my Internet on but they want me to wait for them to credit my money back to my account. They owe me for overcharging me. I’m not even understanding nothing about this 2024 and I’ve been with them since 2023 in the building they tell you they can’t do nothing. I have to call customer service call customer service customer service to you ain’t nothing they can do so basically you run around in the circle and then they try to gaslight you through the phone , your fault your reality is not had to give me service training and didn’t even provide me with what I asked for a gamer, unlimited gigabyte I know

Hmm, mind you, this is just a first impression, but I'm going to guess that in this case the problem maynot lie entirely with the service provider.
