Xi6 factory reset

I bought a Xi 6 cable box on the secondary market how can I factory reset it to get the previous owners info out of it so I can activate it.

I am not aware of this box being available for resale. It looks like the previous person using the box did not return it to Comcast.

@user_a0ea76, I am so sorry, but the boxes aren't for sale. You aren't going to be able to clear that information because it would still be attached to that other account. My best recommendation at this time would be to go turn the box in at a local store and we can look at getting you one to replace it. You can find your local store in the Xfinity My Account app if you need to. You can find it on the home page of your app down at the bottom.
