Xi6-T was mistakenly supplied for a failed XG1v4 wired DVR. Please help me correct this situation as I do not want to lose the local DVR.

user_jvd60p thank you for using the Xfinity Community forums page to reach out. Your equipment concerns can definitely be addressed. Did you have an incorrect device shipped over as a replacement or did you process an exchange in person at a local Xfinity Service Center location?
