Xg1v4 Is A Scam So Frustrating
Three months of trying to get this stupid cable box that is advertised everywhere on Xfinitys home page and still haven’t received one. Continue to be lied to by Comcast agents saying they will “ship” overnight. I’ve been to multiple xfinity stores, was given the wrong one originally when I didn’t even know this problem existed. When I found out, it’s been hours and hours and promises and promises and wrong deliveries and technician visits and now I have four boxes I’m being charged for even though I only use one! What a joke. Stop lying to your customers. Been with xfinity for 10+ years, paying a ridiculous $300 per month and now wasted so much time and energy on this stupid box. Time for Xfinity to go, I hope someone takes them to court. So frustrating!!! #stoplying #xG1v4isAscam #xfinitycustomerservice @xfinitysupport

I completely understand the frustration with the experience of trying to get the 4K DVR - Xg1v4, not getting it with all the methods attempted, and being billed for additional equipment. I'd definitely like to investigate the equipment availability, and help get boxes that aren't being used returned, so the monthly charge can get removed.
