Xg1v4 box

My second vg1 box in six months failed the other day and I had to make two trips to the Xfinity store. On the first trip they traded for a 1080 box and told me it was a larger 4k box. When I got home and determined it was not, they took the 1080 box and had a flex shipped to me without telling me it was not 4k dvr. HOW DO I FET AN XG1v4?

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
