Xg1v4 box request

I would like to swap my current Xg1v3 box for a 4K Xg1v4. How do I request one to be sent to me?

I also need an XG1v4 set top box for my new 4G tv.  I was told I am required to lease a cable modem for $14/month and could only get a new set top box if I did that. The agent was very nice but was not able to explain why or explain how our direct coax to the TV would be helped by a cable modem that feeds our computers.  Thanks for your help.

Hello, @Brandontull1, you can pick up a new cable box or exchange yours at an Xfinity store or we can ship one out.
