XG1v4 box availability for 4k tv

I have tried for several months to get an XG1v4 box for a new 4k tv at my local Xfinity store.  They have not received any in weeks and there is no wait list.  Is there a way to order the XG1v4?  It is annoying to have to go to the store and wait in line to find out there are none in stock.  Thanks.
