XfinityXanadu help! Need old cables removed from property
Hi,
I have multiple Xfinity cables terminating in my yard from a pole in the alley. None of the lines are live per my neighbors, and now the lines are all sagging and trip hazard.
I have tried multiple times to get Xfinity to come out, but the errors have been many because the Xfinity ticket system can’t find an account number for to associate with this ticket since I am not a customer at the address.
yes, we have line of sight from the pole to my yard and the lines are not tangled in branches.
please help. I have had many heartaches requesting help by calling into the customer service number including burning half a day waiting for someone to come out who never showed and closed the ticket. I saw another customer asking the same questions on this forum, and XfinityXanadu seemed to understand what was needed.
