xfinitywifi hotspots not connecting.

Hi. Currently im relying on the hotspots near me as my router isn't working and i cannot currently afford the fee to have a tech come in. Since some time yesterday or last night, neither my phone nor my laptop (the only two devices i use right now) are able to connect to xfinitywifi in my wifi menus. On my laptop, im not getting any error messages (or it just says it's connected without internet), and then on my phone it says it 'couldn't get ip address'. I have not seen anyone else so far with this issue.

Ive tried forgetting the network and reconnecting, and resetting both devices, but neither have worked. I'm not sure if it's an issue on my end or the network itself.

I would like to figure this out asap, as i cannot keep draining my phones data by using IT'S hotspot for my laptop, and i have college classes starting soon i will NEED that for.

Thank you for taking the time to reach our and share this concern. Does this happen with all hotspots you try to connect to and different devices?
