Xfinity’s perfect customer support
Today I decided to switch to other operators because I realized that Xfinity does not care about its customers when there is an outage. All along the day the outage wasn’t solved properly and I couldn’t work remotely. When I tried to contact Xfinity via phone or online chat I realized that they designed these systems to shut the mouths of their customers and leave them alone with those annoying bots. Thank you Xfinity.
