Xfinity's mobile ambassadors program needs to be discontinued

how can we start a petition to discontinue Xfinitys ambassador program. It’s more of a headache when dealing with them always every time I call and I’m sure there’s other customer in the same situation. I have been trying to talk to someone in the United States now for over an hour to help me with my issue. The last ambassador I was on the phone with named Tyler said his flagging my account for fraud. Seriously? Because I told him I was told I will get a free 12 months of billing and an extra credit of $40 for all my troubles in the past week? He is belligerent and rude.I don’t understand why Xfinity even started this program. Now I have to go out of my way this morning (like I don’t have L.O to look after) and go in to the nearest Xfinity mobile store. I don’t know the solution for Xfinity getting rid of the ambassadors program but maybe Xfinity can start hiring U.S citizens to work remotely on their own schedule. If that’s a solution I would be one of their first applicants. This is unacceptable and I’m sure other customers are fed up with the poor customer service that the employees of Xfinity ambassadors program give to the most loyal customers. I refuse to speak to them. Maybe if we all start hanging up when they answer the phones our frustration with the ambassadors program will reach corporate.
