Xfinity’s horrible service

each and every time one of your employees comes out to work on someone else’s Internet, I no longer have service. I have not had service since 1 February and I cannot sign on. And if I try to sign on, it keeps asking for my password is telling me network is not found. You receive your payment monthly. I have to pay you regardless But you continue to give horrible service and lousy customer service. I am so through with few people I don’t know what to do. Hopefully, I can find another company that can provide better service than what Xfinity does

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or   https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
