Xfinity’s customer service

Xfinity has to be the very worst Internet company only new customers get the good deals. If you are loyal old customer you’re out of luck and if you try to get a deal, you will be put on hold. You will be transferred put on hold and then transferred againover and over again until finally they hang up, but you are not gonna get a deal. It just keeps going up year after year. One agent said yes, I could get a deal which was only to be $12.95 compared to what I pay now that would be great he then said he had to transfer me to another person for this I finally get transferred this person said I cannot help you because you have a business account. I’ll have to transfer I explained don’t have a business account and he insisted that I did so he transferred me and then next person says he has to get someone else because his department doesn’t do this so finally the last person tells me there’s no such deal for existing clients as a matter fact when your contract is up, your service will go up again. and by the way, you are not a business client it is a personal account so two hours later, I’m in the same position and now I know it’s only gonna get worse come August

this is a terrible nonprofessional way to do business. It seems like they don’t care if  old customers leave just as long as they get new customers so beware if you are a new customer, enjoy your first year because it will never be the same.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_s9p6a2! We regret to hear you were transferred to multiple departments. This is far from the experience we want any of our customers to have.

Please keep in mind that all existing customers were once new customers who also already took advantage of new customer pricing options. One benefit new customers do not receive is Xfinity Rewards, which provides complimentary gifts to customers. The longer your tenure the better those rewards, as an additional thank you to long term customers.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team would love to look at our promotional options with you. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
