Xfinity—no service for 2.5 weeks
Xfinity sent a crew to my house four days after I called to report an outage. Not great, but acceptable. They said they needed to send someone back. That was two weeks ago. I spoke to a man called John [Edited: "Personal Information"] who is responsible for my area. He has not called me back despite multiple voicemails. I can’t reach a live agent. This is an insane and incomprehensible lack of customer service. Can someone from Xfinity please help?
