I am extremely disappointed with Xfinity's service. 

First of all, the time waiting on the phone for assistance is an extreme amount of time, which is unacceptable. When I finally am able to speak to a person, I am unable to understand them because of their accent. The individuals are always pleasant people, but I my problem is never solved through them. 

Through my last two plus hours talking to at least four people, one of them told me that because I had been an Xfinity customer for 29 years, I qualified for a new watch, free of expense. I repeatedly asked if it was indeed free. It sounded too good to be true. I agreed to it, then I got off the phone and googled Xfinity's free watch for long term customers. Of course, it doesn't exist. 

I had my landline disconnected and was sent a cellphone to replace it, free of charge, supposedly. It will take up to two weeks to connect it. For two weeks, some people will not be able to contact me. That is not right, Xfinity. I would have maintained my landline phone if I had known it would take that long. 

When everything related to my Xfinity is working, I am happy, but it is an extremely frustrating experience dealing with Xfinity when something isn't working.

I know a lot of people who have dropped Xfinity for the reasons I have mentioned. I am looking for other options. I have frustrated with the poor service.
