Xfinity/Comcase Internet Mobile Bundle Promo Offered Last Week Told to Call Back to Finalize [Edited]

Last week I had billing issue that customer service resolved.  During our chat I was offered promo if I switched from TMobile to Xfinity, $25 a mo for 12 mos. keeping same numbers.  I had to wait until I could get my father's IMEI# before I could call back to finalize.  Customer Service noted by account so I could call back.......ready to finalize
