Xfinity.com website problem - cannot update Autopay

I was able to reproduce this on both the website on a computer as well as in the Xfinity app on my IOS mobile device. I want to update my auto-pay account but it does not seem to be possible.

Steps to reproduce:

After logging into xfinity.com, go to https://customer.xfinity.com/billing/services  -> Click Autopay -> Edit payment in the modal -> redirects to https://payments.xfinity.com/autopay with the below error message:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://payments.xfinity.com/new" on this server.

Thank you for reaching out to us here. I will be happy to look into any issue with that site from here. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
