xfinity.com website performance

The performance of xfinity.com website has been horrible for months.  It is the worst website when it comes to performance.  As an internet provider it should be one of the best.  Xfinity, what's up?

We're sorry to hear that you are having trouble with our site. Can you elaborate a bit more on what is going on, how you are accessing the site, and what steps you have currently tried?

I am accessing https://www.xfinity.com/ from a year old Lenovo X1 Carbon laptop where my current internet speed download speed is around 450mbps and upload in 24mbps. Twice a month I login to https://www.xfinity.com/ and download statements to a pdf file. Navigating to download the files and change accounts is where there performance is horrible.  Signicantly worse than any other website I visit and I visit a lot every month.  With Xfinity being an internet provider I would think they could do much better regarding performance of their own website.

No. It just takes the system an extremely long time to finally let me see the file I want to download.  Download itself is very quick.

Thank you, when this happens, have you tried any troubleshooting such as clearing cache and cookies? Refreshing the browser or even trying a new browser? This can help us narrow down if it is related to the website itself or browser.

I cleared cache, cookies, history on Chrome.  Xfinity.com performance wasn't any better. Then I tried Edge and performance still not any better. I reran speed test at speedtest.net and got 483mbps download and 24 mbps upload. Other websites are performing as expected given my internet speed.  I recommend you escalate this issue.
