Hello user_0ecc30! Thank you for creating the post and reaching out to us for help with the account charges. I'm sorry to read that you are seeing different charges after setting up a 5-year plan. I know that it can be confusing when you make an account change especially since our billing is processed in advance. It will typically take 3 statements until the prorated credits and charges level out to reflect the expected account balance each month. I would be happy to help out and review this for us to ensure that you have the correct services on the account. When did you set up the 5-year plan?
