Xfinity is without a doubt the most time-wasting, infuriating company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their customer service is a complete joke—every representative seems more clueless than the last. You can be transferred around for hours without anyone actually helping you. They fail to clearly communicate important terms, especially cancellation fees, which conveniently only appear after you try to leave. It’s a shady practice that feels intentionally deceptive. Trying to cancel your service is like navigating a labyrinth of incompetence and scripted apologies. Even when you think you’ve resolved something, they’ll surprise you with another hidden charge or pointless delay. Their tech support is equally useless, offering the same recycled “solutions” that never actually fix the issue. Every interaction with them drains your time and patience. As a whole, Xfinity is a disgusting corporate entity built on confusion, exploitation, and sheer disregard for their customers.
