Xfinity
Yes it is hard getting in contact with a human being at infinity. I have been trying for several days to talk to someone. The phone to call once u call the auto robot answering service gives u the run around & the online chat do the same I hate that bill keeps getting these unexpected charges & is high and I can’t even get in contact with anyone to change my plan. Once I find another internet service company I will be taking my services with them. We pay all these money & can’t get help it’s frustrating.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
