Xfinity

My experience with Xfinity has been one of the longest, most tedious, exhausting experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I would never suggest Xfinity to a family or friend. Perhaps not even to my enemy..[Edited: Inflammatory] How can a company with this much money in its pocket be seemingly incapable of correcting what is a constant issue!? The Wi-Fi is always, always out! You call to correct the issue and you’re stuck in a loophole with AI and virtual assistants who do not know how to help you. If you insist on using these methods with your customers at the very least get a system that works.

I’d like to re-emphasize how much I hate Xfinity. Stop being greedy and go back to employing real people to do your problem solving. This is the worst!

Once again, I hate hate hate hate hate Xfinity.

@user_r4rvkh Hello! I am sorry to hear that you feel that way. We are here to help. You mentioned your Wi-Fi going out. How long has this happened? Does this coincide with service interruptions in your area? 

We really appreciate the feedback on our automated systems. I will definitely take this back to make sure your voice is heard.

My internet has been out for the past 24 hours and even when it's not out connection is terrible. I live in Houston, there is no reason I should be having connection issues this frequently.
