Xfinity
My experience with Xfinity has been one of the longest, most tedious, exhausting experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I would never suggest Xfinity to a family or friend. Perhaps not even to my enemy..[Edited: Inflammatory] How can a company with this much money in its pocket be seemingly incapable of correcting what is a constant issue!? The Wi-Fi is always, always out! You call to correct the issue and you’re stuck in a loophole with AI and virtual assistants who do not know how to help you. If you insist on using these methods with your customers at the very least get a system that works.
I’d like to re-emphasize how much I hate Xfinity. Stop being greedy and go back to employing real people to do your problem solving. This is the worst!
Once again, I hate hate hate hate hate Xfinity.
