(7/8-7/15) Lost power

(7/15) Restored power and internet was working

(7/17) Power and Internet for 48 hours before internet outage

It’s rained heavy 7/17 but internet didn’t shut down till hours after it stopped raining.

24 hours since internet has shut off

Xfinity customer service can’t help bc their info is probably limited too.

Where is the progress update on outage? What is damaged? Is there a work order? ETA? Pictures?

Something… Anything!

And they still expect full payment. Probably a little extra fees for “repairs” . Houston needs answers from big companies. Stop waiting for them to make decision based on their greed.

Hello, @user_4pgfrc we're going to have the same information regarding the service interruption. Anytime there's an interruption of service we can only share some general information. It is important to know that even if you don't see techs working near you, it doesn't mean they are not doing all they can to restore service. This means there's an issue to repair somewhere with the network, and sometimes they need to wait on issues that are not Comcast related to make final repairs. If you sign in here you can see general information about the pending work and get a service credit once service is fixed.

But I had internet for the past 2 days. Now it’s delayed outages? How can that be when the outage supposedly started 7/8 ?

I need reimbursement on bill…

Can’t even apply for service credits bc that isn’t working either. What a joke.

Customer service , don’t even try to respond. We know that you don’t know anything either .
