So I received an empty box instead of iPhone 15 they are charging me after refunding my two first payments and not only that they turned it into collections and then they are also still trying to ach my bank account what a scam

@XfinityEmilyB​ yes I tried several times talking to people I don’t feel it is my place to do a police report since it was not taken in possession if I had a phone and someone stole it from me it is my responsibility to report it it is a shame but now I have a phone on my credit that I never received I understand someone must pay for this phone but I chose to leave Xfinity which I had had for many years and was pleased with the service to change over to a company that charges twice the payment so ya I really chose to lie and say I didn’t get a phone to only have to fork out more money for service and connection fees that would make good sense. Also I had be refunded two payments for the phone and intent was reversed wonder how the news is gonna see this I am fixing to go very public with this

If the shipper is requiring a police report that would be their policy and procedures not ours.
