Thank you for the information regarding the whole home WiFi evaluation process. However, I activated my xFi Complete service on February 17, and it has now been over 25 days since then. I was expecting some communication about the evaluation and the possibility of receiving a free xFi Pod due to weak signal spots in my home.
Could you please assist me with this matter or provide an update on when I might receive the evaluation results?
