Xfinity won't let me cancel my wifi. Possible predatory business practice.

Xfinity won't let me cancel my wifi. It is non-negotiable as ill be living in a country where Comcast does not operate in for a year. Please, cancel my wifi services. They won't let me cancel without SMS or calling which I do not have access to.
