Xfinity Wire Exposed in Backyard

Recently, Xfinity workers added a new line to the cable box in my backyard but didn't bury the cable. They came back another day to try to bury it but I was at work. I told them I would be home on Tuesdays, Fridays, and weekends, but they never responded or came back to bury it. Is there anyone I can get in contact to get a technician to bury the cable?

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

I am having the same issue and I am about over it, I guess I will rip it out as I own the air space that will get you out here.  Been over a month.  There is no "direct message" chat icon that I can see and yes I am signed in.  Useless company.
