Xfinity will not let me transfer my service to new apartment

I can’t transfer my service. I keep getting looped around and nothing is happening. All I have is a modem that needs to be hooked up. It’s stating that xfinity is supported at my new place but I can’t connect. I can’t talk to anyone just AI.
