Xfinity Wifi Set Up Package

I recently moved into a new housing complex, so I had my package scheduled to be delivered on the 6th but it arrived 3 days earlier, and I wasn't able to pick it up. After moving in I tried to contact my neighbors too see if they had taken it but none had. Is there a way to get a replacement to be sent out?

@Diego24 Welcome to our community forum and we're so excited that you chose Xfinity to be your new service provider :). I'm sorry the equipment was delivered before you were able to get it. We can send a new package or you can visit your local Xfinity service center to grab the equipment you need. Please be sure to use that link to schedule an appointment to save time waiting in line! Is it easier for you to get new equipment shipped or pick it up from the store?
