Xfinity wifi pass

I paid 2 month subscriptions and u still do not have access to the Xfinity WiFi. I restarted all devices multiple times but still receive the same error message.

Rest assured, our team is here to help the best we can with any service issues you are experiencing. I see that you stated you paid 2-month subscriptions but still do not have access to the XFINITY WiFi. Thank you for taking the time to let us know that you have already tried restarting all devices multiple times but still receive the same error message. To confirm, what error message are you receiving? May I also ask if you are subscribed to our NOW WiFi Pass?
