Xfinity wifi pass showing error code and not connecting to internet

Hello! For the past few months my boyfriend and I have been using the xfinity wifi pass for our main use of wifi as we are not home often. It has worked just fine up until when we tried to sign up for this month on our laptop as we usually do. When we click “wifi pass” it gives us a 404 error code on a white screen and we cannot proceed further. We are able to connect on our cellular devices just fine and have never had an issue with our laptop up until now. Could you provide some troubleshooting techniques?
