Xfinity WiFi now pass not connecting

I pay for a monthly NOW pass, but the wifi has not been working for the past 2 days. My computer will connect then say there is no internet connection with an explanation point over the wifi symbol. I tried updating/restarting my computer and also forgetting the network and trying to reconnect. None of this has worked, and now  I don’t even get the pop up to login. This wifi can be slow and spotty sometimes but has never just not connected for days

Thanks for the response but this does not answer my issue at all. I am in range of the xfinitywifi, and before I try to connect there are 2/3 WiFi bars and it looks fine. When I connect, it says that xfinitywifi is not connected to the internet and there is an exclamation point over the wifi symbol. This has been happening for days on 2 different devices, so there is something wrong with the xfinitywifi that I am paying for

Hi there, @user_iqti39! Thanks for reaching out about connecting to the hotspot. Are you seeing this problem with only one hotspot or multiple hotspots? Are you also seeing the connected, no internet message? The owner of the modem with the hotspot may be having technical issues with the equipment or service when you see that message.

This issue always happens to me and I’ve been purchasing monthly passes through xfinity now for a year now. There is no fix for this it will keep happening no matter what the support chat people tell you they don’t know how to fix this and it will randomly start working again for 30 seconds, 2 days or maybe a week if you get lucky. This is xfinity way to force you to pay for the xfinity now prepaid Wi-Fi which is $30 a month. They are tired of us using the hotspot for only $10 a month because when it was $20 a month no one would buy it. Now it’s $10 everyone says [Edited: "Profanity"] paying an inflated $90 plus for [Edited: "Profanity"] service we rather pay $10 a month. I’ve done everything possible including buying new iPhones and tvs and still this same issue where it won’t connect at all, the pop up to login won’t pop up, or it connects but it does not work at all. It’s just never ending the same way when I payed $90 a month for the modem it was always an outage in my area or some [Edited: "Profanity"] excuse.
