Xfinity wifi lies, disrespect and over charge

Was over charged for my wifi. When I called about it they resolved the over charge then offered me a deal $30 a month for wifi. I accepted. I was charged $30 for one month the next month I was charged over $100 which was more than I originally was paying. I've called  3 times to speak with a person who continues to raise my bill higher than it was before the over charge. I had one agent so disrespectful he laughed at me when I explained what happened one agent fell asleep on the phone another agent said they could do it for 30 but I would lose the high speed. I asked to speak to a supervisor  twice the first time they sent me to billing to ask for a extension on my bill the second "supervisor" would not even let me explain. I asked to speak to his supervisor and was told he was the only supervisor xfinity has and when I asked for his employee number he gave me a fake number. These calls are recorded for quality insurance.Well, you all need to look at your calls.And your recordings, I will escalate this as far as I can take it. I've been a customer for 7 years and I will gladly take my business and the 3 million followers I have on tik tok , Instagram, X and you tube with me.
