Xfinity WiFi is not available with your tier of service.

Currently i have x2 internet speed, now streamsaver and xm so there should be 0 reason as to why im getting this error and all agents say they have no escalations for this issue since it deals with xfinitywifi!

Id love to get this feature working again it seemed to start since the speed enhancement increase a few weeks ago.

I have not had any account changes since to cause the "tier" to be incorrect.

Would love some help!
