Xfinity Website keeps Automatically Logging Me Out

I'm trying to switch over the xfinity for my home internet. I went through the whole process of building my plan twice, once on my laptop and again on my phone. Both times, I get to the very end and the screen just goes back to the home page and automatically signs me out. I've refreshed my cookies and tried multiple web browsers. Please help.

@user_rh9724 Good job testing two devices. Can you explain what switching the Xfinity for the home internet means? Are you a current customer, or attempting to start service?
