Xfinity website error

Every time I try to add a channel package to my plan I get this error: Sorry about that! We had a problem with our site. This happens on mobile and desktop versions of the website.

@user_xd95wc Our team can help.

What channel or package are you trying to add?

Are you logged in under your primary account?

I was trying to add the More Sports & Entertainment package. And yes I was logged in under my primary account. I don't have a secondary account.
