Xfinity visa prepaid debit card expired before activation

Xfinity mobile sent me a promotional gift card when I transferred to Xfinity. I forgot to active and use it and it expired a few month ago. The number on the back of the card is not very helpful. Can I get help with this please? May I get a replacement of the card?

Hey there! We might be able to help you with that, the only hiccup I foresee is if it is tied to your mobile account, it might be best to contact Xfinity Mobile directly as we don't have access to their billing system on our end. We do have support for gift cards but they are tied to residential services. If you want me to see what I can do then send a DM to XFINITY SUPPORT with your name and address, otherwise you can contact the mobile team directly at 1 (800) 934-6489 during standard business hours and work days.
