Xfinity Visa Debit Card

Hello, I received a gift card in the mail for $100. How do I activate it, and does it ever expire? Can I use it on anything, or does it have to be used for paying Xfinity bills?

Hi, @jesse.l01, thanks for reaching out to our forum with those on-point gift card questions. Your card will expire after 180-days from the date it was issued. This is a great FAQ that Xfinity put together to help our customers with some other common questions. You can also check the available balance here. You don't have to use it with anything Xfinity-related, so you're free to use that bad boy on anything you want lol. Hopefully, you got some nice items lined up to spend that on, maybe a new summer outfit? In terms of activation, did you get any instructions to activate the card on a website? Or a sticker on the card with instructions?

@XfinityMarcos​ Are you able to say how to activate it?  I have a gift card but wasn't able to use it at the store.  thanks.  I checked the balance and there are still funds on the card. Thank you.

Hey @user_bc1820 your card will come with a sticker on the front of the card with activation instructions. If you do not see this sticker you can check the back of the card for a contact phone number and you can reach out to Visa to activate your card.

Hi I got a $100 visa card as well. But I accidentally throw the sticker away. What should I do?

Good afternoon, @Adhood. Congratulations on getting the $100 Visa! That is awesome! There is a phone number on the back of the card that you can call to activate the card.
