Xfinity Visa Debit Card promotion expired before activation

Hello,

When I signed up with Xfinity in July of 2022, I was told I would get a $400 promotional visa debit card in the mail a few months after signing up. A few months went by and I didn't receive it yet. I reached out to Xfinity to have it sent out and they said it would be sent soon. I got it in the mail a couple months later. After all this time, it was already 2023, and I just got it in the mail. That would be fine, but I didn't realize it expired a couple months after getting it, on 04/2023. My roommate and I were going to split the gift card, so I gave him $200 to cover his half, and now it doesn't even work. I never activated the card, because I didn't know it would expire so soon. Is there anyway I can get another one sent out? I still have all the information on the card.
