Xfinity visa debit card expired before activation
I received a gift card from Xfinity Mobile in 09/22 that I did not activate before its expiration in 03/23. I understand that the promotional gift cards have a 6-month expiration unlike regular debit cards that never expire. Searching the forum, I see there may be a way to get the card reissued through direct message with Xfinity to see if the card can be reissued. Can a Xfinity employee please help and see if this can be done - it was a large amount! Thanks for all the help.

Hi, there @vaishalinaik! Thank you for reaching out to get help with your expired gift card. I have seen some cases where the cards have been reissued. I'd be more than happy to see if we can help with having your card reissued. Please send a direct message with your name and service address to "Xfinity Support" by clicking on the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.
